In case of any damage or accident during the rental period, the renter is financially responsible up to the franchise amount.
Damages to the tires, glass, or interior are the responsibility of the renter.
In case of double-sided accidental damage, the renter’s financial responsibility is waived.
However, one-sided body damages, parking damages, and damage to tires, glass, or interior remain the renter’s responsibility.
In case of double-sided accidental damage, the renter is fully exempt from financial liability.
This protection also includes one tire or windshield damage.
Any damage to the interior remains under the renter’s responsibility.
Returning the vehicle dirty, with smoking traces, or with liquid, chocolate, or sticky foods spilled inside will incur extra cleaning charges.
Late return or return to a different location will result in an additional fee.
After vehicle inspection, pre-authorization will be canceled if no issues are found.
If damage is detected and insurance was not purchased, pre-authorization may be converted into a charge.
The renter confirms that all damages will be assessed based on the Damage Matrix or a legally registered repair order.
Traffic fines are subject to administrative fees up to 20%.
